Due to the nature of alcohol sales and state regulations, all purchases are considered final. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Customer Support Email]. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate and permitted by law.

Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for products that have been opened or consumed.

Mainland Rum Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to just 28 states. Alcohol control states are not allowed to receive spirits.

Please note that shipping regulations vary by state and are subject to change. We continually monitor and update our shipping capabilities to comply with state laws.

Age Verification

To comply with federal and state regulations, all deliveries require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. Our carriers are instructed to verify age upon delivery, and packages will not be left unattended. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the recipient of the order is also of legal drinking age.

Shipping Carriers and Packaging

We partner with licensed carriers experienced in handling alcohol shipments. All packages are discreetly packaged and labeled in accordance with legal requirements, including notices that the package contains alcohol and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the cost of the product minus any shipping and return fees incurred. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend shipping to an address where someone aged 21 or older is available to sign for the package during business hours.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier schedules. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Fees
