Experience Mainland Rum through a curated, one-hour guided tasting designed for both enthusiasts and newcomers. You’ll explore five single barrel selections—featuring current and past releases—each presented with insight into origin, aging, and flavor profile. Led by a spirits professional, the session walks you through proper nosing, tasting technique, and how to identify key notes across high-proof, oak-forward American rums. Structured tastings typically feature 5–6 samples to balance depth and enjoyment without overwhelming the palate . Cancellation Policy
All tastings are booked in advance and subject to availability. A minimum of 2 guests is required per reservation. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund or credit. Changes made within 24 hours, including no-shows, are non-refundable. Please arrive on time. Tastings begin promptly and late arrivals may result in a shortened experience without adjustment to price. All guests must be 21+ with valid ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
